Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 broccoli
- 100 g Parmesan
- 100 g herbs (Robiola herbs)
- 100g mozzarella
- 200 g cream
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Divide the broccoli into florets and cook. Combine the cheese and cream in a saucepan and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat gently, stirring, until the cheese has melted. Add the cooked broccoli. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Pour the sauce over the pasta.
