Vanilla curd cream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pack of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla flavor)
  • 1 pinch(s) of cinnamon powder, optional
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar, or sweetener
  • 1 shot of orange juice, or any other fruit juice, OR:
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vanilla cream but not with milk, but with low-fat curd cheese

First, beat the quark with a mixer until it reaches a nice, creamy consistency. Then gradually add the cream powder. Beat the cream for about 2 more minutes (you can thin the mixture with a little milk after beating if it’s too thick). Then add a little orange juice, as this gives the quark cream a fruity flavor. Alternatively, you can use a packet of vanilla sugar instead of the orange juice (if you prefer a sweeter version). Finally, season the cream with sugar or sweetener to taste and pour it into a container. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. If you like, you can let the cream rest in the refrigerator for another hour to achieve an even firmer consistency.
