Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s), peeled
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 stalks of thyme
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

great vegetable side dish

Thinly slice the carrots and fry them in butter, season with salt, and stir in the cream and crème fraîche. Add the thyme and season to taste. It goes well with meat dishes.
