Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 40 g sugar
  • 200 g quark
  • 60 ml egg liqueur
  • 4 half apricots
  • whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with a little milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then add the mixed pudding mix while stirring continuously. Bring the pudding mix to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, quark, and egg liqueur. Spoon the cream onto 4 plates and place an apricot half in the center of each plate, rounded end up. Garnish with whipped cream. This dessert can be eaten hot or cold.
