fried rice

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cup(s) water, cold
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of coriander
  • 2 shots of vegetable cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the rice in a small pot with cold water and plenty of salt. Generally speaking, use twice as much water as rice. Cook until the water has completely evaporated, without stirring. Drain the rice in a fine sieve. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a little Culinesse in a pan. Briefly fry the rice with the coriander (about 3 minutes), reducing the heat to low. Spread the remaining Culinesse, onion, and garlic over the rice (the heat is now on low). Cover and let stand for about 15 minutes. Stir and serve.
