Marinade for chicken

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cube of bouillon
  • 5 tbsp olive oil or homemade spicy oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ jar white wine or beer
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • Chili, hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A recipe from Portugal. Serves 1 chicken.

Combine the oil and bouillon cube, then add all the other ingredients and mix well. Brush the chicken with the mixture and grill. Brush with the marinade frequently during grilling until the chicken is cooked through.
