Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g oat flakes, fine
- 10 g puffed amaranth
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tbsp almond(s), grated
- 250 ml milk or soy milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the banana with a fork and place it in a bowl. Then mix it with the oats and amaranth. Add the milk and almonds and mix well. Reheat if desired and enjoy.
