Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cauliflower
- n. B. Salt
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the trimmed cauliflower in salted water as usual, then arrange it on a large plate or platter. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cauliflower, if desired. Melt the butter and sprinkle it over the breadcrumbs until they are coated.
