Fried spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti), leftovers from the day before
  • Breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Heat the oil in a pan and add the leftover spaghetti from the previous day (chopped slightly). Toss it in the oil and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs (amount to taste). Fry, stirring constantly, until the breadcrumbs are lightly browned. Then season with salt and pepper. Serve with a few fried eggs.
