Spaghetti fried with basil and tomato

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 700 g pasta (spaghetti), cooked
  • Butter, for frying
  • Basil, fresh
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the butter in a pan! Add the spaghetti (I usually use leftover spaghetti from the day before) to the pan and fry! Chop the basil and finely chop the tomato and add it to the pan! Season with salt and let it cook for a while, stirring frequently. Enjoy!
