Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) meat – cheese
- 150 g double cream cheese
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Carefully cut a pocket into the meatloaf slices. Mix the cream cheese with the remaining ingredients and fill the pocket. Seal the opening with toothpicks and brush the slices with oil. Grill or fry until golden brown.
