Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of rum flavoring (rum-back)
- 1 medium egg yolk
- 100 g ground almonds
- 350 g wheat flour
- 100 g nougat, sliceable raw mass

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine all dough ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead thoroughly using a mixer (dough hook). Knead well with your hands and chill for 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until smooth and about 2 mm thick. Cut out cookies using a heart-shaped cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven (middle rack) for about 15 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet and let cool. Warm the nougat mixture until spreadable. Spread one cookie with nougat and place a second one on top.
