Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and slice them into approximately 5 mm thin slices. Coat them in egg and breadcrumbs and fry briefly on both sides.
