Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of vanilla cream powder
  • 300 ml cold milk, 1.5% fat
  • 200 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 225 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A quick and easy dessert for any occasion

Wash the blueberries in a sieve. Then dry them briefly on kitchen paper. Pour the cold milk into a mixing bowl, add the cream powder, and mix briefly with a mixer on low speed. Then beat on high for 3 minutes until creamy. Add the yogurt to the cream and gently stir in. Now fold in the blueberries. Pour the dessert into attractive glasses and enjoy.
