Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 shallot(s)
- n. B. garlic
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, white
- Paprika powder
- n. B. cheese, grated
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and chop the stems into small pieces. Cut off the tops of the peppers and deseed them. Cut the tops into small pieces as well. Chop the shallots. Sauté the shallots until translucent, add the ground beef and continue cooking. When the beef is cooked through, add the mushroom stems and pieces of the bell pepper, season with salt, and continue cooking. Mix with the sour cream, season with salt, white pepper, and garlic to taste, and add the breadcrumbs. Stuff the mushroom caps and the bell peppers with the ground beef mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes.
