Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 cl brandy
- Sugar
- pineapple juice
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 600 g North Sea crabs
- 1 can pineapple, pieces
- 1 can of mandarin oranges, 175 g
- 1 jar mushrooms, 170 g
- 1 jar asparagus

Quick to make and super delicious!
Whisk the dressing ingredients until creamy and season to taste with a slightly sweet and spicy flavor (don’t let it get too runny!). Rinse the crabs and drain the fruit and vegetables well. Mix with the dressing and let it marinate for a while. Tip: This salad also tastes great if you use crab meat with peaches, tangerines, and mushrooms instead of the crab.
