Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g fish fillet(s) (herring fillet)
  • 450 g potatoes
  • 80 g onion(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • some salt
  • Butter or margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very tasty hot and cold

Finely dice the fresh herring fillet. Finely chop the onion. Peel and grate the potatoes. Mix these ingredients well with the eggs and season. Using a tablespoon, place small mounds of the mixture into the pan and flatten. Fry over medium heat until crispy. Serve with a mixed salad.
