Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 340 g flour
- 200 g clarified butter
- 90 g powdered sugar
- 200 g almond(s), ground
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 tbsp Amaretto
- 1 egg white

tender, crumbly and very fine biscuits
Put the clarified butter, sugar, egg, flour, almonds and Amaretto in a large bowl and knead into a dough – chill for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough (the dough is quite soft, so flour the board and rolling pin well every now and then) and cut out round cookies and/or hearts or stars as desired. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C fan for approx. 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, put 2 cookies together with jam and spread with icing, add colored sprinkles if desired, or simply sprinkle the assembled cookies with icing sugar or cocoa. Icing: Beat the egg whites until stiff and add enough icing sugar to make a very thick icing. Now thin it out a little with Amaretto; it should be easy to spread.
