Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml milk, cold (fat content: 1.5%)
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple
- 4 tbsp mixed berries (frozen)
- some lemon juice, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
a cool, healthy refreshment for hot summer days
Peel and core the fresh fruit. Cut into large pieces. Squeeze half a lemon. Place the fruit (and the frozen berries) in a blender with the lemon juice and blend briefly. Add cold milk and continue blending for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately in a tall glass! Tip: For a richer and creamier texture, replace some of the milk with vanilla ice cream.
