Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 40% fat
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 orange(s)

delicious and easy

Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add the quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the banana mixture. Squeeze the orange and stir in the juice. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and stir into all the ingredients. Refrigerate the dessert for half an hour. If you prefer a lower-fat dessert, you can replace the cream with milk, but only use 100 ml. You can also omit the sugar, as the ripe bananas will sweeten the dessert naturally. The quark can be replaced with a low-fat one.
