Quark dish with fruit

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 6 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup of cream
  • n. B. Fruit according to season

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

my kids love it…and it’s quick

Place the quark in a bowl and mix with the yogurt, milk, and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the quark mixture. Chop up any fruit you like (I usually use apples, bananas, and grapes) and add it. Note: In summer, you can also use strawberries or simply use a can of mixed fruit.
