Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup of quark (20%)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Fruit according to season and taste (can also be canned)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and stir in the vanilla sugar and quark until smooth. Now add fruit, if desired. You can use fresh or canned fruit. If using canned fruit, add a little of the liquid, or if using fresh fruit, thin the quark with a little milk. And without the fruit, you have a wonderful vanilla quark (you might want to add the seeds of a vanilla pod). Tip: Almond slivers make this dessert even more delicious.
