Strawberry mascarpone curd with milk slices

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 5 milk slices, more if desired
  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 g strawberries, cleaned

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Puree the mascarpone, quark, and sugar with 200g of strawberries and the milk slices. If you prefer a less crumbly texture, you can also omit the sides of the milk slices. You can also vary the amount of sugar to your liking. Chop the remaining strawberries into smaller pieces as desired and serve with the strawberry quark.
