Salmon fillet with peppers and papaya from the steamer

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 small papaya
  • Pepper, red
  • Pepper, colorful
  • Sea salt
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Lightly season the salmon fillet with salt and red pepper (it makes everything taste more intense) and place it on the baking sheet. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Peel, deseed, and slice the papaya. Lightly season the bell peppers with mixed pepper and sea salt. Place both on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cook in the steamer on high for 20 minutes.
