Mexican turkey chili with beer

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pepper, red
  • salt and pepper
  • 600 g turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 package of vegetables (Mexican stir-fried vegetables), frozen, 650 g
  • 200 ml beer
  • 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the pepperoni. Cut the turkey into approximately 2 cm cubes and season with salt and pepper. Brown the meat well all over in oil, remove from the pan, and set aside. Heat the vegetables in the remaining cooking liquid, pour in the beer, and bring to a boil. Add the turkey, pepperoni, and chopped or crushed garlic and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes. Don’t forget to stir! Stir in the chives before serving. Serve with rice or white bread as a side dish.
