Brownie Cheesecake

The perfect brownie cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Cookie dough with chocolate chips
  • Cooking spray
  • 500 g Brownie batter
  • 680 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla flavor
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 250 g Oreo biscuits
  • 80 g Whipped cream
  1. Shape the cookie dough with chocolate chips into a cake base. To do this, line a springform pan with cling film. Press in the cookie dough and shape it into the bottom. Cover with cling film, remove from the springform pan and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
  2. Spray a taller springform pan with cooking spray. Pour in the brownie batter and smooth it out. Press a smaller round shape into the dough to later have a recess for filling. Bake at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour cream cheese into a bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla flavor and the egg and stir to a smooth mass.
  4. Take the baked brownie base out of the oven, remove the inner mold. Cover the cutout in the middle with Oreos. Pour in the cream cheese mixture and smooth it out. Bake in the oven for another 40 minutes, this time at 160 degrees.
  5. Remove, top the cream cheese layer again with oreo biscuits. Now place the cookie dough base as a lid on the cake. Bake at 150 degrees for another 20 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool down.
  6. For the decoration, whip the cream and pour it into a piping bag. Apply the dots of cream and garnish with oreos.
