Banana Bread with Difference

The perfect banana bread with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Also:

  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla flavor
  • 60 ml Oil
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 500 ml Rapeseed oil
  • Powdered sugar
  • Caramel sauce
  • Chocolate
  • Popsicle sticks
  1. Peel and cut the bananas into thirds. Put ice cream sticks in the middle pieces, place them side by side in a dish and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  2. Mash the remaining banana pieces in a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla flavor, oil and the egg and whisk together briefly. Add the flour with baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix into a thick dough.
  3. Pour the dough into a tall container to coat, e.g. a glass. Dip the banana pieces on the stick in it until they are well enclosed in the batter.
  4. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large saucepan. Fry the banana pieces one after the other until golden brown.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Caramel sauce or liquid chocolate goes very well with it.
