Banana Bread with Difference
The perfect banana bread with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Also:
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla flavor
- 60 ml Oil
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- 500 ml Rapeseed oil
- Powdered sugar
- Caramel sauce
- Chocolate
- Popsicle sticks
- Peel and cut the bananas into thirds. Put ice cream sticks in the middle pieces, place them side by side in a dish and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Mash the remaining banana pieces in a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla flavor, oil and the egg and whisk together briefly. Add the flour with baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix into a thick dough.
- Pour the dough into a tall container to coat, e.g. a glass. Dip the banana pieces on the stick in it until they are well enclosed in the batter.
- Heat the rapeseed oil in a large saucepan. Fry the banana pieces one after the other until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Caramel sauce or liquid chocolate goes very well with it.
