Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour, smooth
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 280 g cheese, grated Emmental
- 250 g margarine
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 egg(s), scrambled
- some cheese, grated Emmental, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
lasts at least 4 weeks in a cardboard box
Preheat oven to 180°C fan/gas mark 1. Quickly knead the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and let it rest in a cool place for 1 hour. Roll out approximately 2 mm thick and cut out round cookies. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with egg. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for approximately 12 minutes.
