Sweet pizza variant, created by Italian Executive Pizza Chef Antonio Esposito, makes 10 – 12 strips

First, roll out the pizza dough so that it is about seven to ten millimeters thick. Cut the rolled out dough into strips about one to two centimeters wide and ten to twelve centimeters long. Then mix the cinnamon and sugar. Heat the chocolate cream over a bain-marie or in the microwave until it becomes liquid. Pour plenty of oil into a deep pan or saucepan. Fry the dough strips at about 170°C, turning occasionally, until they are golden yellow. Then remove the pizza strips from the oil and let them drain on kitchen paper. Roll the drained strips in the cinnamon sugar and arrange on a plate. Finally, dust the finished strips with powdered sugar and drizzle with the chocolate cream.
