Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 glasses of coffee, black, sweetened, cold
  • 1 jar milk
  • 1 jar brandy or cognac
  • 1 jar liqueur (mocha)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 drop of Maraschino
  • 1 pinch(s) of coffee powder, finely ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

The measuring unit is a liqueur glass. Shake all ingredients well in a shaker or whisk in a blender. Pour into the glass and top with finely ground coffee.
