Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g salt (primordial salt)
  • 130 g paprika powder (Rubino)
  • 200 g unrefined cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp all-spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp lemongrass powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder (habanero powder)
  • ½ tsp chili powder (ghost chili)
  • ½ tsp chili powder (chocolate habanero pepper)
  • ½ tsp ginger powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with a little spice

Mix all the spices thoroughly and store in an airtight container until ready to use. Tips: If you prefer a finer consistency, you can also grind it in a blender to season grilled meat, for example. You can vary the amounts according to your taste, but be careful not to use too much garlic and onion powder.
