Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g roast pork in paprika coating, very thinly sliced
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- some milk
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 10 capers
- 2 anchovies
- some mayonnaise
- n. B. capers
- e.g. tomato(s), diced or halved
- n. B. Egg(s), hard-boiled, diced
- e.g. pepper(s), diced

fake vitello tonnato, super fast
Drain the tuna, purée it with milk, salt, and pepper, along with 10-15 capers and 2-3 anchovies, then stir in a little mayonnaise until smooth. Serve the roasted meat and pour the tuna sauce over it. Finally, garnish with capers, egg, tomato, and diced bell peppers. A super-quick starter and an alternative to the original.
