Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato(s), pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Pastel de Atun

Blend the eggs, tuna, cream, and tomato puree with a hand blender, season with salt and pepper. When the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a microwave-safe bowl (rub with a little olive oil) and microwave on high for 7-8 minutes, covered. Allow to cool, then turn out onto a plate. Brush the pie with a little mayonnaise to prevent it from drying out. Serve with more mayonnaise and some fresh parsley. Serve with mini rusks or white bread. Tastes especially delicious as a thin slice on mini rusks. Store in the refrigerator.
