Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 ½ kg carrot(s)
- 2 tsp margarine, semi-skimmed
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml vegetable broth (1/2 tsp powder)
- 4 tbsp herb cream cheese (up to 5% fat absolute)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely dice the onion and cut the carrots into small sticks. Heat the margarine in a saucepan and sauté both ingredients for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar, deglaze with vegetable stock, and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Garnish with cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
