Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 half cantaloupe melon(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 shot of elderflower syrup
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree half a melon with the bananas. Depending on your taste, you can vary the amount of syrup; season to taste. Then add the milk until the desired consistency is reached. It tastes especially good fresh in the summer.
