Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 packs of marzipan paste
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack of chocolate coating (dark chocolate coating), or white
  • 125 ml milk, or a little more, depending on the dough
  • n. B. Sugar sprinkles, colorful
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, and marzipan vigorously with a mixer. Gradually add the eggs and stir in the milk. Add the baking powder to the flour, sift, and quickly stir in. If the batter is too stiff, add a little more milk. The batter should flow slowly from a spoon. If you have a piping bag, pipe the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a large nozzle. Any shape or size is important. Two teaspoons will also work. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Spread the melted chocolate coating over the cookies and sprinkle with colored sprinkles. White chocolate coating with chocolate sprinkles also works.
