Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • e.g. lemon(s) or vanilla
  • Fat, for the baking tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 20 pieces

Mix all ingredients into a dough. Using 2 teaspoons, place the dough in small heaps on a greased baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C until the desired browning is achieved.
