Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g currants, black
- 1 banana(s)
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- e.g. sugar or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pick the currants from the vines, wash them, and, if necessary, remove the seeds by mashing them. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the currant mixture, bananas, quark, milk, and lime juice, season to taste, and pour into jars.
