Milkshake with milk slice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter ice cream (vanilla)
  • 2 milk slices
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Break the Milchschnitte into small pieces with your fingers and place them in a deep bowl along with the vanilla ice cream. Add a little milk (just a tiny splash to make it easier to blend) and mix everything in a deep bowl with a hand mixer – preferably on speed 1. Pour into highball glasses and serve. Tip: Don’t mix in too many Milchschnitte, as this could be a bit too sweet!
