Sweet and sour minced meat with potatoes

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 1 jar of pickles
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 3 servings of potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

First peel the onion and apples. Dice them along with about 4 regular-sized gherkins. Brown the minced meat in a pan with a little oil, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, then add the diced apple and cucumber and fry until slightly softened. Pour in the cucumber juice and simmer over medium heat with the crème fraîche until creamy. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, and parsley. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes as usual. If the minced meat has become too sour, sweeten with a little sugar and serve with the potatoes.
