Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 1 small bell pepper(s)
- 40 g margarine
- 250 g rice (long grain rice)
- 500 ml broth (instant)
- some salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 500 g meat sausage
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the onion. Trim, wash, and finely dice the bell pepper. Melt 30g of margarine in a saucepan. Sauté the diced onion and bell pepper. Pour in the rice, sauté, and then add the stock. Cover the pan and let the rice simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley. While the rice is cooking, peel and slice the sausage. Fry the sausage slices in 10g of margarine until crispy brown.
