Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), peeled and chopped
- 10 strawberries, cleaned and washed
- 100 ml soy milk (soy drink) (alternatively rice milk), chilled
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour into a glass, insert a straw, and serve. Note: You can use any other fruit instead of strawberries, such as 1 nectarine, 1 apple, or 1 pear.
