Strawberry shake without milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), peeled and chopped
  • 10 strawberries, cleaned and washed
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink) (alternatively rice milk), chilled
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour into a glass, insert a straw, and serve. Note: You can use any other fruit instead of strawberries, such as 1 nectarine, 1 apple, or 1 pear.
