Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (wholemeal), e.g. penne, rigatoni, spirelli
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 250 g chicken, shredded, frozen
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 300 ml sweet cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet or hot to taste
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a sufficiently large, shallow casserole dish, toss the uncooked pasta with the onion and meat. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a sauce, season to taste, and pour over the pasta. The pasta should be completely covered. You may need to add a little more broth or cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35-40 minutes. Serve with fresh salad or bread. The casserole also tastes great cold.
