Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 500 g turkey meat in pieces
  • 200 ml water
  • 25 g pesto green
  • 1 stock cube
  • 5 pinches of salt
  • 5 pinches of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of water. Brown the meat in a pan with a little oil. Add the sliced ​​cucumber and bell pepper to the meat. Sauté the vegetables. Dissolve the stock cube in water and add a large spoonful of pesto. Pour the stock and pesto mixture into the pan and simmer gently. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the pasta.
