Gnocchi with dill-mustard cream sauce and smoked salmon strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 small bunch of dill
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper berries, pink, pink
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 800 g gnocchi
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pour the cream into a shallow pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the mustard until dissolved. Add the pink peppercorns. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in salted water until tender. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, stir the washed, finely torn dill into the sauce and let it simmer on the turned-off stovetop until ready to serve. Season with salt. Cut the salmon into thin strips. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi and garnish with a few salmon strips.
