  • 2 trout fillets (125 g)
  • pepper
  • cress

Peel, trim, and dice the onion, soup vegetables, and peeled potatoes, and cook them in the broth. Add the milk and the trout fillets. Add pepper, cress, and chives to taste, and puree everything.
