Homemade chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 250 ml coffee, brewed
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil with a pinch of salt. Chop the chocolate and dissolve it in the milk. Stir well, otherwise it will stick to the bottom. Mix the coffee with the sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch until smooth, then pour into the milk while stirring and bring to a boil. Tip: You can also use cream instead of milk. Personally, I find it too heavy.
