Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ liter red wine or white wine, dry
- ¼ liter of water
- 90 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 cup whipped cream, approx. 200 ml, whipped
- e.g. grapes
- n. B. Sugar for rolling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Make a pudding as usual from water, wine, pudding powder, and sugar. Let the pudding cool and stir in the whipped cream. Decorate the cream with grapes that have been rolled in sugar while still moist.
