Fiery sausage salad with cheese

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 650 g meat sausage
  • 400 g cheese, Gouda in a piece
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 4 cucumber(s), pickled
  • 3 peppers (hot)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

A must at any party

Cut the ham sausage, cucumbers, onions, and Gouda cheese into small cubes. Rinse and finely chop the chili peppers. Alternatively, you can grind chili flakes in a grinder and add them. Rinse the corn and add them. Then drizzle with vinegar and oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Let the salad sit for about 1 hour and season again if desired. Add herbs and spices as desired. If you like, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of the cucumber juice.
