Meat sausage salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 375 g meat sausage
  • 2 onions
  • 2 gherkins
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Witch’s salad

Slice the sausage and gherkins, tomatoes, and onions. For the salad dressing: Combine the oil, vinegar, and mustard and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Sprinkle with the parsley, mix well, and let it simmer.
